Description:
This apartment is located in the best area of Palermo, Botanico. Excellent location, spacious, capacity for 5 persons, 3 bedrooms, balcony. Ideal for a stay in Buenos Aires living in the best neighborhood.
When we get into the apartment we find a very spacious living-dining room. It has rustic decoration, wooden floors.
A wooden desk with its chair can be used as a desk but it is also the piece of furniture where the TV is (flat screen)
There is also a black leather sofa for three and two armchairs that complete the living room of the apartment.
On a corner we find the dining room area, equipped with a table and four chairs.
This area has a big window that fills the apartment with light and through which we can accede to the balcony that connects us with the exterior. It has a nice view.
After this we find the bedrooms area:
The main one has a comfortable queen size bed and a big window through which we can accede to the balcony. A lot of sun and light. There is also an armchair that creates a nice reading area.
The second one has two single bedsl. It has a lively decoration and good size.
The third bedroom has a single bed but there’s the possibility of adding another one and have 2 single beds. This has to be asked for at the moment of renting the apartment.
In this bedroom there is also a desk and a chair, ideal to study or work. Also full of light.
The kitchen is complete, it has refrigerator, oven, microwave and all the necessary utensils to cook and eat in the apartment.
There is a little laundry place with washing machine.
The maid’s bedroom has now become a daily dining room but can be used as a fourth bedroom by adding a single bed. This must be asked for as well when renting the apartment.
This room has an en suite bathroom.
The main bathroom is complete, it has bathtub, shower. There is also a toilette.

The apartment has a perfect location, surrounded by Parks and lots of touristic points such as the Japanese Garden, Botanic Garden, the zoo and Palermo Parks.
It is 5 blocks away from Las Heras Avenue where lots of bus lines will take you in just a few minutes to the city center, and to other well know and interesting neighborhoods such as Recoleta, Pelermo Viejo, San Telmo
The neighborhood is very attractive due too its little coffee stores, restaurants, pubs and trendy shops and also because it is a very residential place.
It is ideal to go for long walks over Libertador Avenue, which is very ample and full of green Parks, it is the place that those who like fitness and sports choose everyday
