This modern apartment, with good lighting and excellent location, is only a block away from the famous Plaza Serrano (Plaza Cortazar, very well known square). It has all the necessary equipment and furniture to receive four guests.

The living room has a big sofa bed that stands in front of a piece of furniture where the LCD 32" can be found. The sofa bed can be used by two people when it's either two minors or an adult and a minor.

Within the same room is the dining room, which has a wooden table and four chairs. From this particular room of the apartment guests can go out to the private patio, that has a table and four chairs, ideal for having breakfast on a sunny day.

The kitchen is connected to the dining room through a bar with a couple of highchairs. It is equipped with stove, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster.

The ground floor also has a toilette bathroom.

The bedroom can be found on the first floor, going up the stairs. There are light tables on each sides of the bed with lamps on them. The lavatory is in front of the bed, with a nice mirror above. The shower and the toilette (WC and bidet) can be found next to the lavatory, on both sides.

From the bedroom you can access a tiny balcony that has a staircase leading to the terrace, a wide space equipped with a grill and a table, perfect for organizing barbecues.

Area and connections: The apartment is located in the central area of Palermo Hollywood, known by its variety of pubs and restaurants. It is located only a block away from Plaza Serrano, an indisputed meeting point for young people and artists. And also five blocks away from Cordoba Avenue with its famous clothes stores and 10 minutes walking distance from the exposition center ¨La Rural¨, the Zoo and the Botanic Park.

It has excellent transportation means near as for example buses lines: 12, 15, 29, 39, 41, 55, 57, 59, 60, 64, 67, 68, 93, 95, 111,118, 152 and 161; all of them within 10 blocks away from the property.

The nearest metro station is Plaza Italia from the D Line, eight blocks away, which will lead you to the Metropolitan Cathedral and will also allow you to make connections with other metro lines in order to get to other places.
