The PH has been completely redecorated keeping its unique style but adding some technology elements to make it more comfortable. All the rooms have tall ceilings, wooden floors, etc.

The living room is ample, it has a chimney. There is a great sofa of french style and two armchairs that make this place cozy. There is Air conditioning, and a big window that brings light to the place.

The kitchen is opened and it is part of the dining room. It is very nice and well equipped, with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the necessary stuff to eat and cook in the house.

There is a very important wooden table that can be used as a dining table or a place to work.

The PH has a typical hall that takes us to the bedrooms. It is an internal patio as well as a hall. It has 35 m2 and it is decorated with plants and comfortable chairs. This is an ideal place to rest.

The first bedroom is very spacious with queen size bed and big wardrobes.

After this we find the second bedroom that is the main one of the house.

On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower, that can be the bathroom of the third bedroom as well as a bathroom for those who are using the terrace, enjoying the sun.
This living room or playroom has direct exit to the terrace, of 80 m2. This is the main attractive of the PH. It is a very nice place full of plants. It has a table with big sofas where you can eat or just rest.
As the sun shines there all day long, there are some comfortable armchairs and a shower to cool yourself. There is also a barbecue.

Palermo Hollywood is well known by it’s restaurants, pubs, boutique hotels and trendy shops.

It has excellent connection with means of transport, as it is 7 blocks away from Subway Station “Carranza” from line D and the following bus lines:12, 15, 29, 39, 41, 55, 57, 59, 60, 64, 67, 68, 93, 95, 111, 118, 152 y 161.-
