Description: The flat is situated on a high standard building, which offers 24 hour Security and Reception.

The building has, among others, a room for reading on the 25th floor with a wonderful view to the whole city and the river, a room for events with a separate kitchen and barbeque grill, garden, swimming pool, gymnasium, etc.

The flat has a reception room decorated with a modern style and an American style kitchen. It also has wooden floors.

Area and connections: The building is located in Palermo Viejo, which was eventually subdivided into Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. It is characterized for being a neighborhood with low houses which, for the last years, have been refurbished into restaurants, pubs, and fashion and decoration stores to give way to the new fashion trend.

It is nowadays one of the places of the city that catches the attention of most tourists, since it is a few steps from “Plaza Serrano”, “Botánico”, the Zoo, the Exhibitions center, “La Rural”, etc.

It has excellent transportation links, since it is ten minute walk from Scalabrini Ortiz Tube Station (line D) and surrounded by the following bus stops: 12, 15, 29, 34, 36, 39, 57, 68, 110, 111, 141, 152, and 160.
