Description:
Nice and comfortable 3 room apartment for 4 persons in the exclusive neighborhood of Palermo Soho/Hollywood. Very luminous and with a great balcony that you can only accede from the main bedroom.
The first room we see when we enter the apartment is the living room, very spacious. It has a desk. This room is full of daylight and it has parquet floors. There is a light blue sofa with its matching cushions. The yellow curtains make the place very lively. There is also a coffee table and an antique chair. There is also a TV (flat screen). On the other side of the living room we find a wooden desk and a modern bookcase. Over it, there is a mirror
After that we have the main bedroom with a double bed, a white bedspread and a yellow blanket. On each side of the bed there is a night table with its night lamp each. There is air conditioning hot/cold.
From this bedroom you can accede to a very nice balcony decorated with some plants.
The second bedroom, which is smaller, has a single bed and another one that can be pulled out, for a 4th person. It is full of daylight also and decorated in white and red. It also has air conditioning hot/cold
The bathroom is decorated in white and earth colors. It is complete with a big mirror, bathtub, shower, WC, bidet. There is a hair dryer.
The kitchen is ample, decorated in yellow as the living room. There are lots of cupboards to store food, etc. There is a dining place for 4 persons, all the cutlery is for 4, there is microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, refrigerator/freezer, iron.
